Compensation
Egg donors are compensated $8,000 for their time and effort and receive a free medical screening.The medical exam is very comprehensive. It includes a breast exam, pelvic exam, Pap smear, and ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries. Donors also have blood tests done to check liver and kidney function, blood count, thyroid function, fertility, blood type, and to screen for genetic diseases. We encourage you to take copies of these test results for your own records and to give to your doctor.
